There are three types of Alarm system and choice is dependant on your requirements..

Audible  'Bells' only: Rings internal and external sounders when an alarm is activated.

Auto-dialler: This is the same as a bells only system except it also has a speech unit fitted which is capable of dialling four telephone numbers to alert you when the alarm goes off.

Monitored: This sends signals to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The arc will process these signals and alert the key holders and police if necessary.
